With a busy and growing Residential Property team, the firm continues to build on its solid reputation and offers a supportive and professional working environment.About the Role:An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer or Residential Property Fee Earner to join a fast-paced team in Essex. The successful candidate will take on a varied caseload of residential property matters, handling files from initial instruction through to completion.The caseload will include:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgagesTransfers of equityThis is a role suited to someone confident managing their own workload with minimal supervision.About You:Ideally 3+ years experience within residential conveyancingQualified (Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer) is desirable but not essentialProven ability to manage a full caseload independentlyStrong technical knowledge of the conveyancing processExcellent communication and client care skillsSelf-motivated, organised, and able to work efficiently in a busy environmentKey Responsibilities:Managing a full caseload from instruction through to completionMaintaining strong relationships with clients and third partiesDelivering a high standard of client service throughout the transactionWorking autonomously while contributing positively to the wider teamWhats on Offer:Competitive salary depending on experienceCompetitive holiday allowanceHybrid workingSupportive and collaborative team environmentEstablished pipeline of work from day oneFor more information or to apply, please contact Joe Duran at [email protected].
