We believe in creating a healthy, learning environment for our employees to flourish.About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the planning and execution of the commissioning strategy across our flagship hyperscale data centre campus in West London. This is a key role within our delivery team, responsible for ensuring that all critical systems are commissioned to the highest standards of performance, compliance, and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and drive the commissioning strategy for our West London campus, ensuring alignment with programme milestones and operational objectivesOversee commissioning of critical mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, UPS, generators, switchgear, BMS, and fire suppression systemsManage and coordinate external commissioning specialists, ensuring timely execution and integration of all commissioning activitiesMaintain tight control over programme, cost, and compliance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategiesEnsure all commissioning works meet regulatory requirements, internal standards, and client expectationsWork closely with internal design, construction, and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from build to live environmentMaintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the commissioning lifecycleWhat We’re Looking ForStrong track record in commissioning management within the data centre sector, ideally on large-scale or hyperscale projectsDeep technical understanding of critical M&E systems and their role in high-availability environmentsProven ability to manage external contractors and specialists, driving performance and accountabilityExcellent communication and organisational skills, with a sharp focus on delivery, cost control, and complianceRelevant engineering qualifications (mechanical, electrical, or building services) preferredWhat we offerWe offer skill development, learning pathways and accreditation to help our people perform at their best, regardless of role and location.
