Creative Project ManagerLocation: Manchester (4 days in studio / 1 day WFH)Job Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Up to £38,000Are you ready to work on campaigns for one of the world’s most iconic brands?We’re working with a fast-paced creative agency that’s looking for a Creative Account Manager to deliver brand activations and retail campaigns on a global scale.This is a fantastic opportunity to lead high-impact creative projects in the retail sector — managing work that’s seen in stores across the world.What you’ll be doing:Own and manage creative campaigns from initial brief through to final deliveryAct as the bridge between clients and the studio — shaping briefs, managing timelines, and ensuring top-quality executionOversee the workflow from concept development to artwork sign-offCoordinate internal resources to meet client expectations and deadlinesSupport campaign launches, quality control, and occasional in-store visitsBuild strong client relationships and ensure smooth project deliveryDevelop client-facing presentations and provide clear progress updatesLook for opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencyWhat we’re looking for:Previous experience in a creative or retail-focused account/project management roleA solid understanding of the creative process and how to bring briefs to lifeStrong communication, organisation, and time management skillsA sharp eye for detail and high design standardsComfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentConfident working directly with clients and internal teamsA collaborative, proactive approach with a problem-solving mindsetWhy join?You’ll be part of a creative and collaborative team that values fresh thinking, strong communication, and delivering high-quality work.
