This role will see you working alongside the firm's HR Manager to offer a top-tier HR service to the firm’s population. Duties include:Building and maintaining stakeholder relationshipsDelivering HR inductions and improving induction processesEmployee relations and correspondenceBenefits, salary, and bonus reviewsHRIS and reportingThis is an exciting role working as part of a lovely and like-minded team. The perfect HR Advisor will have prior experience working in an HR role as part of a legal environment. You will have a CIPD level 3 and be keen to join a firm that offers plenty of development opportunities. This HR Advisor role is being offered on a permanent basis with a salary of up to c£45,000 plus benefits and hybrid working.
