As Head of Packaging, you’ll set strategy, inspire a specialist team, and deliver innovation across sustainability, design, and industrialisation. Partnering with retailers and suppliers, this high-impact role offers visibility, influence, and the chance to shape packaging that drives performance, value, and environmental progress.Key Responsibilities:Lead and deliver the packaging strategy, driving innovation, sustainability, and competitive advantage.Manage, develop, and inspire a high-performing packaging team across multiple functions.Partner with stakeholders, suppliers, and retailers to deliver packaging solutions that meet commercial, technical, and sustainability goals.Oversee packaging development projects from concept to launch, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and best practice.Ideal Candidate:Proven senior leadership experience in FMCG packaging, driving strategy and delivery.Strong track record of leading and inspiring high-performing packaging teams.Deep technical knowledge of packaging materials, machinery, and design software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).Experience delivering innovative, commercially viable and sustainable packaging solutions.Skilled in managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept to execution.Strong understanding of UK retailer packaging requirements and market trends.Passionate about sustainability, continuous improvement, and embedding best practice across packaging development.Summary:A high-profile leadership role in a fast-growing FMCG business.Up to £110K base salary, performance-based bonus (25% bonus); £9k car allowance and benefits packageA dynamic, collaborative, and results-driven company culture.Opportunity to drive real impact and shape the future in a high-growth, category-leading environment.Hybrid working with flexibility; expectations 2-3 days in a central London office.If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and drive the future of category insights, we want to hear from you!
