Key Responsibilities:Maximo Upgrade Roadmap Development:Lead the definition, documentation, and communication of comprehensive Maximo upgrade roadmaps, encompassing technical upgrades, functional enhancements, and new module adoption.Conduct thorough assessments of current Maximo environments, identifying opportunities for optimization, modernization, and alignment with industry best practices.Evaluate new Maximo versions and associated technologies (e.g., Maximo Application Suite, IoT, AI/ML integrations) to determine their applicability and value to our organization.Develop detailed business cases for Maximo upgrades, outlining benefits, risks, costs, and resource requirements.Architectural Leadership & Solution Design:Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the IBM Maximo suite, providing architectural guidance and design leadership for current and future state solutions.
