Training Content Creator | Remote | Inside IR35 | PAYEOpus are partnered with an exciting organisation who are looking for a skilled and creative Training Content Creator to join us on a short-term contract. You’ll be responsible for designing and developing engaging training materials that support a system rollout . This is a remote role, ideal for someone who can work independently and deliver high-quality content efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop digital training materials including eLearning modules, guides, videos, and infographics for a system rolloutCollaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and translate it into effective learning experiencesEnsure all content is aligned with instructional design principles and adult learning theoryAdapt materials for various formats including LMS, PDF, and videoRevise and improve content based on stakeholder feedbackEssential Skills & ExperienceProven experience in training content creation or instructional design for a system rolloutProficiency with tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similarStrong writing, editing, and visual communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesComfortable working remotely and independentlyDesirable SkillsExperience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone)Graphic design or video editing capabilitiesBackground in technical, compliance, or onboarding training
