Supported by the Chartered status and regulatory strength of Pensionhelp, you’ll work with a diverse client base, helping individuals plan, invest, and secure their financial futures.This is a remote role suited to a motivated adviser who values independence, professionalism, and strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver holistic, independent financial advice across a broad range of areasAnalyse clients’ financial positions and create tailored recommendationsProvide ongoing review and suitability assessmentsBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsWork independently while contributing to a collaborative advisory teamQualifications & SkillsProven experience providing general independent financial adviceStrong technical understanding of investments, pensions, protection, and broader planning strategiesExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to assess financial data and produce clear, compliant recommendationsMinimum Level 4 qualification in financial advicee.g., CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS), LIBF DipFA, or CISI IADSelf-motivated and comfortable working remotelyRemuneration & Benefits£50,000 salaryAdvisor bonus schemePension contribution matched to 5% (7% after 5 years)Death in service: 4x annual salary23 days annual leaveAnnual leave purchase schemeBirthday off with payPerkBox membership
