Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision and problem-solving are key?We're recruiting on behalf of a leading technology manufacturer based in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of RF and 5G technologies.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analysers, network analysers, power meters).Interpret circuit diagrams and PCB schematics to test, fault-find and repair to component level.Test and configure systems to meet specific customer requirements.Carry out production testing, generate reports, and ensure results meet internal specifications.Diagnose and repair faulty finished goods.Support test development by building test fixtures and configuring ATS set-ups.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve quality and resolve issues.Maintain and calibrate test equipment as required.Experience & Skills Required:5+ years' experience in electronics manufacturing, ideally in RF infrastructure or wireless video equipment.Solid understanding of IP networks and digital/analogue electronics.Proficient in fault-finding to component level, with the ability to rework and replace components.Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC 610 desirable).Able to work collaboratively to tight deadlines, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or similar (preferred but not essential).Why Apply?Competitive salary and benefitsOpportunity to work on cutting-edge RF and 5G technologiesSupportive team environment with a focus on continuous improvementWell-established company with strong growth plansInterested?To find out more or apply, contact Lewis Phillips on 01582 369359 or email .TPBN1_UKTJ
