This role is ideal for someone with an eye for detail and a passion for producing a flawless finish on freshly painted vehicles.Key Responsibilities:Final polish and detailing of vehicles following body and paint repairsUse of rotary and dual-action polishers to remove paint defects, runs, and minor imperfectionsInspect vehicle surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish prior to deliveryWork collaboratively with the paint and prep teams to maintain consistent qualityMaintain tools, materials, and working area in a clean and professional conditionComplete work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain customer satisfactionWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in a polishing or automotive detailing roleExcellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanshipGood knowledge of polishing tools, compounds, and techniquesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environmentWhats on Offer:Salary up to 34,000 per year (dependent on experience)Monday to Friday working pattern no weekend shifts33 days holiday including bank holidays (option to buy/sell up to 5 days)Company pension scheme with employer contributionsSupportive team environment with opportunities for ongoing training and developmentIf you're an experienced vehicle polisher looking to join a professional and growing team in Coalville,apply nowor get in touch to learn more.JBRP1_UKTJ
