They offer a friendly yet professional working environment, whilst priding themselves on providing an honest and knowledgeable service to all their customers, offering cost effective drainage solutions.They really do look after their employees and ensure they feel valued and supported.On offer is a generous starting salary and an opportunity to progress and be developed in the role.Our client offers a range of Drainage solutions to Domestic, Commercial, and Industrial markets.What we need from you as a Drainage Engineer:Minimum 2 years experience within the drainage industry including high pressure jetting, blockage clearance and CCTV surveyingMust be willing to have DBS CheckYou must be able to work on your own and as part of a team while supporting other operatives or engineersAble to carry out daily and weekly maintenance checks on your vehicles and equipment to ensure all is fully operationalYou will need to hold a UK Driving LicenceWhat the role involves:Leading a two-man team operating high pressure jetting and CCTV surveying equipmentAttending drainage related issues, including emergency callouts to deal with blockages or cleaning pipes during regular maintenance programsCarry out drain CCTV surveying on both small and large projects to a high standard using Wincan Reporting SoftwareAccurately record and feedback from works completedDeliver a high standard of customer service and technical expertiseSalary: 30,000 - 35,000 basic + on call Bonus OTE 40K on average per year. Hours: Working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday, core hours are from 7.30am 4.30pm some flexibility is needed on start/finish times. Overtime and weekend work is also available.On call rota 1 week in 4 (Monday - Friday), however depending on number of employees this may change. You will also be required to be on call for either a Saturday or Sunday once every 4 weeks. Bank Holidays also need to be covered; however, these are shared out between all engineers.
