The HR Advisor will manage and support day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering positive employee relations. The role requires involvement in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and handling employee concerns. Additionally, the HR Advisor will provide advice, support, and guidance to employees and management to promote a positive work environment.QualificationsProficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance managementKnowledge and implementation of HR Policies and Labor and Employment LawExperience in HR Management and Employee Relations for fostering a collaborative work environmentStrong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilitiesProficiency in HR software and toolsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldCIPD qualification or equivalent certification is an advantageAbility to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with strong time-management and organisational skills
