Youll also support the wider team with machine assembly and build when requiredmeaning no two days are the same.Key ResponsibilitiesMIG welding (primary), with occasional TIG welding as neededReading and interpreting engineering drawingsFabricating and assembling parts to specificationOperating workshop tools including pillar drills, band saws, and power toolsCollaborating with the production team to meet targets and deadlinesMaintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environmentIdeal CandidateProven welding experience in a manufacturing or engineering environmentConfident in MIG welding; TIG welding experience is a plusSkilled with general fabrication tools and equipmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawingsEffective communicator with a team-oriented mindsetReliable, proactive, and capable of working under pressureWorking HoursMonday to Thursday: 07:3016:30Friday: 07:3012:30 (early finish!)Core hours: 39 per weekWhy ApplyCompetitive hourly rateFree on-site parkingPermanent, full-time role in a stable and growing companyVaried and engaging work with opportunities to develop new skillsSupportive and collaborative working environmentTPBN1_UKTJ
