Base pay rangeThe Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity to join an independent managing agent who are a trusted name in leasehold block and estate management, committed to delivering tailored, professional services to residential properties across Bristol and North Somerset. This role offers the chance to manage a varied leasehold portfolio while working within a supportive, customer-focused team with flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance. The Role: As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential leasehold properties, ensuring their effective day-to-day operation and compliance with relevant regulations. In addition, you will act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders and stakeholders, deliver exceptional service, and oversee maintenance, budgeting, and compliance functions. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for leaseholders, residents and clients Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, maintenance and compliance Coordinate maintenance, repairs and service contracts Prepare and manage service charge budgets and monitor expenditure Organise and chair AGMs and liaise with RMCs and Freeholders Handle Section 20 consultations for major works Collaborate with contractors, solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals Maintain accurate records and ensure GDPR compliance The Person: We are looking for a motivated and experienced property professional who can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should have experience dealing with leasehold property management, RMCs, Freeholders, and service charge budgeting. A strong communicator and problem-solver with excellent organisational skills and a proactive, customer-first approach will thrive in this role.
