This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for someone with previous experience in wiring and assembly work, looking for stability, growth, and a supportive working environment.Job Title:Semi-Skilled Wireperson / Assembler Location: BS21 - Clevedon Hours:38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Salary:£25,202£26,026 per annum Hourly Rate:£12.60£13.00 per hour Contract Type:Full-Time, Permanent Start Date:ASAP On-the-job training and development opportunities Supportive team and positive workplace cultureKey Responsibilities:Assemble and wire electrical sub-assemblies for control panels, enclosures, and associated components. Interpret and follow wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and schematics. Carry out cable preparation, stripping, crimping, and terminations. Assist with basic mechanical assembly tasks. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Conduct basic quality checks on completed work. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Requirements:Previous experience in electrical or mechanical assembly isdesireable Ability to read and understand basic wiring diagrams and technical documents. Proficient with hand tools Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship. Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team.
