Dispatch Operative

You will be expected to work in a fast paced environment picking, packing, scanning, loading vehicles using a counterbalance forklift truck . Our dispatch cold store runs at 12 degrees?The PositionPick all customer orders and then load these orders to the customerNavigate the company Linkfresh system and use the company hand scannersAdhere to the correct stock rotation of product when collating customer orderCreating customer pallet labels from sales ordersOrdering transport for the relevant customer orderPicking orders safely and accurately. (This will involve lifting heavy trays)Scanning collated pallets onto the customer trailerGenerating the relevant paperwork for the load dispatchedLiaise with the packing department to ascertain product availabilityCarry out safety checks when taking the controls of a company forklift ensuring you have completed the vehicle checks and reported any faultsCarry out all customer stock countsThe perfect candidate should haveTeam player but should also be able to work alone without supervision when requiredAbility to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand held deviceAbility to follow procedures and work to strict deadlines with a flexible approachGood communication and organisation skillsAbility to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as requiredValid counterbalance forklift licenceValid ride on pallet truck licenceWhy Join Moulton Bulb Company??
