We love hard-working and talented people with a can-do attitude and a passion for what they do.About the roleWe’re looking for an experienced Garment Technologist to lead and elevate our Outerwear, Denim categories. This is an exciting opportunity to own the technical development of some of our most iconic product areas — ensuring premium fit, construction, and quality, from concept through to customer. Reporting to the Head of Garment Technology, you’ll also play a key role in supporting and developing junior team members, sharing your knowledge to help us build for the future.What you’ll doOwn all aspects of garment technology across OTW, denim and leather – from fit development to production sealingSet and maintain category standards – blocks, specs, quality and constructionEnsure elevated fit and finish, with strong communication and attention to detailCreate and maintain technical specs, grade rules and tolerancesChampion the use of PLM through accurate and consistent data managementCollaborate with Design and Buying to identify engineering opportunities that protect both quality and marginDrive alignment in fit and construction across products, ensuring a consistent Hush standardLead fit sessions and manage the critical path to ensure timely deliverySupport and develop Assistant Technologists, setting clear goals and providing trainingMitigate risk by ensuring full compliance with testing and performance standardsProactively problem-solve any product or supplier issuesBuild strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliersBe a positive, solutions-driven team player who’s always looking to challenge the status quo and help us growWhat you’ll bringStrong experience in garment technology, specifically in outerwear, denim and/or leatherA deep understanding of construction techniques and manufacturing processes for complex product typesSolid knowledge of grading and pattern evaluationFamiliarity with labelling, compliance and testing standardsHighly proficient in Excel and PLM systemsExceptional attention to detailExperience mentoring or managing a junior team memberA collaborative, agile mindset and the confidence to influence cross-functional teamsWhy you’ll love it here
