Traditionally focused on Financial Services, we're now expanding into Employment and Property Litigation, and we want you to grow with us. We're looking for a full-time Litigation Lawyer (Solicitors or CILEx qualified) to take ownership of a varied caseload. You'll work on debt recovery, commercial disputes, data protection, consumer credit matters, and more. Experience in property litigation is a plus but not essential. Key ResponsibilitiesManage cases across small claims, Fast Track, and Intermediate Track proceedings Provide expert advice to clients — both individuals and companies Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers Support junior team members through mentoring and guidance Contribute to firm growth by identifying new business opportunities and promoting our services Collaborate with the team to meet monthly targets and KPIs At Essex Law, we're proud to be an inclusive, Disability Confident employer.
