Excellent knowledge of all HACCP, COSHH and Health and Safety in the workplace. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen at all times.
