Associate Creative Director

Our client is a London-based integrated agency looking for an Associate Creative Director. You will be working on financial services predominantly, from digital display advertising and social, to email and direct mail.Hybrid Working: Onsite: Tues/Wed/ThursRemote: Mon/FriThe Role:You will play a key role in the agency’s wider leadership team and be part of our exciting growth plans. You enjoy helping clients to solve their strategic challenges and delivering outstanding creative work, and you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment. Responsible for developing and transforming concepts into creative solutions, managing creative teams, and ensuring client objectives are achieved.Responsibilities:Lead conceptual campaign development (art direction)Oversee creative ideation to final asset deliveryManage and mentor a studio team of 3Work on B2B and B2C accounts (notably banking/finance)Contribute to pitches and agency leadershipDirect internal and freelance creativesRequirements Strong conceptual art direction background (not design-focused)Experience in a concept team and managing creative teamsPassion for high-quality, strategic creative workAgency experience to Senior or Associate CD levelExperience with premium brands and ideally financial servicesAble to write headline copyKnowledge of integrated marketing, especially digital 'socialConfident presenter, strategic thinker, hands-on leaderProficient in Adobe Creative Suite
