A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager to join a global law firm that’s redefining how it delivers legal services to clients.Their Matter Optimisation team is central to this, bringing together experts in LegalTech, project management, paralegal support, translation, and contract lawyering- all aligned with key practice groups across Corporate, Finance, and Litigation.They’re now hiring a Matter Practices Review Manager, a pivotal role within their Centre of Excellence. This person will lead the firm’s annual Matter Review programme, using data, insights, and collaboration with partners and business teams to uncover best practices, address operational risks, and drive consistent, high-quality service delivery worldwide.You’d be working closely with senior stakeholders and helping shape how matters are run, with real visibility and impact across the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver the annual schedule of Matter ReviewsAnalyse data and insights to evaluate current ways of workingLead cross-functional review teams and stakeholder engagementPresent clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadershipTrack implementation and support embedding of improvementsDevelop a scalable, global review frameworkAbout You5+ years in legal ops, practice management, audit or change rolesStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience driving process improvement and embedding changeBackground in legal or professional services preferredUnderstanding of legal tech and innovation trends is a plus
