Are you a Party Wall Surveyor ready to take a lead role in exciting, complex projects? If so, this role is for you! Our client, a respected and forward-thinking consultancy, is seeking a Party Wall Surveyor with the gravitas, expertise, and drive to lead on neighbourly matters across a varied and dynamic portfolio. This is an unmissable opportunity for an experienced professional to take a pivotal role in an expert-led team delivering high-calibre advice on Party Wall and other neighbourly matters. THE ROLE You’ll be working directly alongside senior colleagues and directors, managing and leading matters with a high level of independence and responsibility. You’ll be advising clients on notifiable works, preparing notices and awards, carrying out site inspections, mentoring junior team members, and engaging with a wide array of neighbourly matters including oversail and access agreements. Key Responsibilities for the Part Wall Surveyor: Lead/ assist with day-to-day Party Wall matters from instruction to resolution Conduct inspections and surveys related to Party Wall and associated neighbourly issues Draft notices, schedules of condition, awards, reports, and assessments Review proposals and identify necessary notifications Advise clients clearly and confidently, maintaining exceptional service standards Mentor and guide trainee and graduate surveyors Collaborate on team development and deliver CPD content when needed Requirements the Party Wall Surveyor should have: Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Party Wall matters Membership of a recognised body such as P&T Society, FPWS, or RICS would be ideal.
