Boulebar UK is on the lookout for a super-organised and guest-focused Bookings Administrator to join our growing Sales team.We are a fun-loving pétanque bar where guests escape the city and enjoy a little slice of a French park. Our first UK venue opened in Summer 2023 and we now have two central venues with new locations on the way. We need someone to ensure every group booking runs like clockwork.You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, from answering enquiries and managing our booking systems, to leading venue visits and liaising with the service teams. Your role will focus on ensuring a smooth, friendly, and efficient booking experience for groups and events of all sizes.What you’ll be doing:Responding to booking enquiries quickly and professionallyManaging our booking system and waitlist, keeping all details accurateSending confirmations and pre-event information to guestsSupporting the Sales and Venue teams with administration and diary managementHosting venue visits and toursLiaising with venue managers to ensure all bookings run smoothlyMaintaining excellent customer service standards at all timesWhat we’re looking for:Highly organised with strong attention to detailConfident communicator, both written and verbalComfortable working with booking software and Google SuiteA positive, can-do attitude and love for hospitalityEnjoys working in a small, friendly teamAbout Boulebar Boulebar is a global group, with 13 venues across Sweden, Denmark and the UK.
