Senior Creative Technologist – Join a Leading International Brand Experience Agency£75,000 + BenefitsLondon - Hybrid I’m currently working with one of the most exciting and innovative brand experience agencies globally, and we’re on the lookout for a Senior Creative Technologist to join their growing creative technology team.This role is all about bridging the gap between experiential concepts and technical reality. We’re not after someone who simply executes projects or comes from a pure developer background — we need a true tech-focused visionary who can help shape the big idea from the outset. You’ll work alongside the creative team as an equal voice, inspiring and pushing boundaries by introducing new tech possibilities and partnerships.The work spans an incredible range of digital experiences — from live and virtual events to immersive VR and AR storytelling, drone games, interactive installations and more! To stay ahead of the curve, this agency delivers tech-driven experiences that consistently raise the bar and meet growing client demand for purposeful, innovative work.What you’ll be doing:Delivering inspiring, forward-thinking tech concepts across VR, AR, projection mapping, apps, games, websites, and more, for projects big and small.Advising the Creative Director on the right technical experts to bring into projects and supporting delivery of award-winning campaigns and activations.Developing tech ideas from concept through to costed, deliverable proposals.Leading R&D initiatives within the agency’s innovation Lab, exploring emerging experiential tech with internal teams and suppliers.Partnering closely with creatives, account teams, producers, and strategists to embed technology thinking throughout pitches and projects.Acting as a key communicator and facilitator between teams to ensure smooth, tech-savvy project delivery.Keeping the agency ahead by tracking industry innovation and sharing insights.Building trusted client relationships and presenting tech concepts directly to senior stakeholders.Collaborating with digital production and technical teams to define requirements and manage risk in live environments.Helping to grow the agency’s creative tech capability by mentoring junior team members and championing ongoing digital education.Representing the agency at industry events and contributing to thought leadership initiatives.Who we’re looking for:Someone with solid knowledge of key tech platforms, who may come from diverse backgrounds like creative tech, digital production, product design, or digital creative roles.A natural problem solver who can navigate budget constraints and always has a backup plan ready.Excellent communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging with senior clients and internal teams.A portfolio that demonstrates your depth of creativity and technical expertise.Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (designers, developers) and translating complex tech language for non-tech colleagues and clients.Comfortable in live and experiential environments and aware of the specific pressures involved.Proven experience pitching ideas and leading technology through to delivery, often with complex global brand clients.If you’re excited about shaping the future of experiential technology at a leading global agency, I’d love to hear from you!
