You will work directly with the social media & culture lead and the eCommerce lead.As Content & Community Executive, youll play a key role in shaping how the brand connects with its audience supporting the social media & culture lead to deliver standout content, manage a network of UGC creators, and drive engagement across community and CRM channels.Key responsibilities include:Managing relationships with a diverse community of content creators and influencers.Coordinating briefs, deliverables, and campaign performance.Supporting the planning and creation of engaging social content.Manage the content calendar to ensure a steady pipeline of content.Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate segmentation and targeting of communicationsDeveloping and executing CRM campaigns and newsletters.Tracking performance metrics and sharing insights to enhance engagement.Were looking for candidates who can demonstrate:Graduate with 18 months to 2 years of experience in social media, content coordination, or influencer/UGC management.Familiarity with platforms such as Aspire, GRIN, or similar.Creative and technical skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, and/ or Adobe Suite.A genuine passion for social media, culture, and the creator economy.
