Mobile Plumber - London area 40,000 - 45,000 + van and fuel card We are looking for an experiencedCommercial Plumberto join a specialist subcontractor in the London area. This is a mobile role, covering projects across London, working on a range of commercial sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out plumbing installations, maintenance, and reactive works to a high standard, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and client specifications. Key Responsibilities Deliver bothplanned preventative servicingandreactive plumbing/maintenance tasksin a timely and professional manner. Install and replacesanitaryware, taps, and other plumbing fixtures, while carrying out general plumbing repairs. Support building safety by completing routine checks onfire alarms, emergency lighting, and hot/cold-water systems. Assist with the upkeep of mechanical services, includingfan coil units (FCUs), air handling units (AHUs), and riser inspections. Carry out minorfabric maintenance and repairs, such as attending to doors, locks, and fittings. Maintain strict adherence to allhealth, safety, and compliance standardsacross sites. Skills & Experience NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent). Provenexperience incommercial plumbing installations and maintenance. Full UK driving licence (essential). TPBN1_UKTJ
