Account Manager - Property branding

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our property marketing agency client based in central London.You will help manage a portfolio of accounts comprising some of the largest property owners in London and beyond, with the goal to run your projects single handedly and take on more client-facing responsibility.The role includes:Being responsible for the day-to-day running of property marketing projects from start to finish.Thoroughly briefing our design team, and any external suppliersManaging internal and external deadlinesManaging and tracking budgets: quoting based on briefs, monitoring and managing when invoices for your projects need to be sentBuilding and developing relationships with your clients and commercial property agentsAssisting on new business pitchesWe are looking for someone with:Previous Account Management or Project management experienceExperience in the Property / Real Estate industryAn understanding and experience in the design, artwork and digital production processGood organisation and problem-solving skillsGreat communication skillsClient facing experienceEmployment Type:Full-timeMon-Thurs 4 days in office and fridays from homeBenefits include:25 days holiday + bank holidaysEnhanced maternity & paternity packages
