We are seeking a people-focused Showroom Managerto bring our pillars of People, Product, Customer, and Community to life at the opening of our new flagship showroom in Clerkenwell. In this full-time role, you will lead a passionate team, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture where every team member is supported to grow and excel. What you will be doing Promote our mission, vision and values, empowering team culture, supportingteam development, and monitoring team performance, overseeing daily operationsand contributing to strategic planning and driving showroom performance. About you A people leader who thrives on coaching, developing and inspiring a high-performing team, passionate about creating memorable client experiences and long-term relationships Highly organised and operationally savvy with the ability to manage day-to-day showroom function. A confident problem solver who can handle complex matters with calm and professionalism. Excited to be part of a flagship store opening, helping shape an iconic showroom experience from day one Experience and qualifications Retail Leadership or showroom management within the commercial hospitality/ retail interiors industry , interior design-relatedfield preferred. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, along with strong operational and organisational skills and managing visual merchandising, daily showroom functions What we can offer you: Work-life balance: Monday Friday, 9:00 am 5:00 pm.
