Electrical Project Manager

Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for an Electrical Project Manager for well known M&E Sub Contractor in London. With a 65m turnover in 2024 and looking to turnover 80m this year year, this company is growing rapidly. You'll be taking full ownership of the electrical package on a University Project. leading the delivery from pre-construction through to handover. Managing labour, subcontractors, and suppliers, you'll ensure programme and commercial targets are met while maintaining quality and compliance throughout. Whilst also covering the design and pre-con for a Commercial project. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the electrical works on-site Liaise directly with the main contractor, consultants, and supply chain Lead progress meetings and ensure alignment with programme milestones Oversee commercial performance and work closely with QS teams Ensure all installations are compliant with current regulations and safety standards Why Join?
