This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the most high-profile, complex, and innovative finance transactions in the market, advising a prestigious client base that includes global investment banks, specialist lenders, corporates, and sponsors.About the Team The Real Estate Finance team is recognised for its market-leading expertise and commercial insight. The team advises on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including:Senior debt, mezzanine finance, A/B structures, and loan-on-loan arrangementsFinancing across asset classes such as residential, build-to-rent, logistics, hotels, student accommodation, data centres, and officesSyndicated loans and corporate lending, consistently ranked top in EMEA by deal volume and valueThe Ideal Candidate You will have at least 1 4 years PQE working in a leading real estate finance team from another top private practice law firm. Candidates who are Australian / New Zealand qualified are encouraged to apply but ideally you will have prior experience in London.
