The full scope of the role will flex depending on your strengths.Key responsibilities: Modelling & Data Science:Develop LTV, propensity and attribution models to support growth, customer experience, and paid mediaBuild MMM and bespoke models in response to client needsEnsure outputs are practical, explainable and drive business decisionsReporting & Data Visualisation:Define reporting strategies for stakeholders who needs what, when, and whyDesign high-impact BI dashboards that bring clarity and insightDeliver recommendations that are both data-rich and action-focusedConfigure analytics tools such as GA4 and Adobe Analytics to track the right dataData engineering:For smaller clients: centralise and clean marketing data using proprietary toolsFor larger clients: manage ETL processes and build scalable, clean tablesLay strong data foundations to enable analytics, reporting and modellingConsulting & insight activation:Translate analysis into actionable guidance for media, CRO, CRM and creativeLead or support trading and insight meetings with clientsHelp teams across In Digital and our clients make better, more data-informed decisionsA bit about you: Solid experience in at least three of the key responsibility areas aboveHands-on with tools like SQL, Python/R, BigQuery, Snowflake or similarProficient in BI tools like Looker, Tableau or Power BIExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDeep understanding of marketing data infrastructure and data collection best practicesDegree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Stats, Economics, Data Science) is a plusBonus points for:Experience in Media, CRO, CRM or creative optimisationFamiliarity with mobile attribution (e.g. AppsFlyer, Adjust)Background in agency or consulting environmentsWhy work for In Digital?A certified Great Place to Work, recognised as one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2024Best of both worlds: work in blue-chip companies marketing teams and in a fast-growth agency at the same timeCovent Garden office with a private bar, great coffee and an array of restaurants in the vicinityRewarding work with great opportunities for development and progressionFlexible working with working-from-abroadRegular team lunches and social eventsSubsidised gym & sports membershipsA competitive salary with twice yearly bonus
