Job DescriptionEmployee Relations Consultant - EMEAContract: 12-month Fixed-Term ContractLocation: City of LondonDaily Rate: 225 - 250Randstad is urgently seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant for a 12-month contract with a leading global organisation in the tech and telecoms sector, currently experiencing rapid growth across the EMEA region.This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative HR team, where you will play a pivotal part in managing complex employee relations issues, driving process improvements, and partnering effectively with legal and HR stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Manage a variety of complex ER-related cases, including performance issues, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.Provide expert coaching and guidance to managers on ER best practices and employment law compliance.Handle and track cases efficiently through a ticketing system (e.g., Freshdesk or similar).Ensure strict compliance with local labour laws, particularly across the UK, Germany, France, and the UAE.Lead and contribute to initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and compliant employee experience.Respond promptly to ER queries, conducting thorough investigations where necessary.Advise on performance improvement plans, policy interpretation, and other ER-related matters.About You:Extensive proven experience as an Employee Relations Consultant or Manager, with a strong focus on the EMEA region.Confidence in independently managing a diverse caseload of ER issues.Proficiency with Freshdesk or a similar HR ticketing system.Comprehensive knowledge and awareness of local labour laws and legal compliance across EMEA, with specific experience in the UK, Germany, France, and the UAE being highly desirable.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Prior experience in the tech or telecoms industry is preferred.Familiarity with Workday ATS is an advantage.
