(NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company.What You'll Do:Manage day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns & digital support for Arts & Entertainment event portfolio primarily focusing on Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and Taste of LondonKey Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesWork closely with the Consumer Marketing Managers to support the marketing campaigns, ensuring all advertising, online, promotional, email, partner, and PR activities are provided and directed to generate maximum exposure and ticket salesHelp co-ordinate day-to-day PR activity with the appointed PR agency to generate pre-show coverage, maximise show content, and support PR stunts and on-site media activitySupport Consumer Marketing Managers with supplier and advertising agency management, acting as day-to-day liaison throughout the briefing, output, and feedback process (i.e., graphic design, printers, media partners, radio, and OOH)Write, create, and distribute weekly email newsletters to the databases with the support of the Consumer Marketing and Digital ManagersSupport digital marketing activities to ensure content corresponds with relevant marketing messages, assisting with social media monitoring, customer enquiries, ad hoc website updates, and content creation, including writing and uploading of website blog postsProvide general admin support, including updating key campaign planning documents, regular processing of invoices and budget updatesCollaborate with the Sales and Account Management teams to fulfil sponsor commitments and maximise opportunities with brand partners and sponsorsSupport with ticketing, maximising marketing opportunities via ticketing agencies and dealing with ad hoc ticket requests and compsAssist post-event evaluation of the relevance and effectiveness of all communications/promotions and recommend appropriate amendments to managementCreation, execution, and analysis of post-event marketing surveysUnusual Challenges or Circumstances, e.g. shift(s)/ unsocial hours/ travel, etc.Occasional weekend work, where you will be required to travel to events in line with the Arts & Entertainment events portfolioOutside of event travel, there will be a requirement to travel for meetings as part of the roleKey Results AreasMaintaining good relationships and regular communication with key stakeholdersStructured planning and execution of marketing plans for allocated eventsEstablishing procedures to keep fellow team members updatedYou Have These:Demonstrable experience in marketing Experience in managing and coordinating marketing campaigns across a broad range of mediaExperience in managing digital (email, website) and social media campaignsInterest in content and copywritingPassion & understanding of live eventsSkills and AbilitiesProven administration and organisational skillsExcellent written English and proofreading skillsWorking knowledge of Photoshop or similar Adobe design software (basic level)Working knowledge of CMS systems and MS Office softwareAptitudes/Personal ProfileTeam playerExcellent communication skillsA proactive approach and the ability to work under pressureEnthusiastic and committedA creative flair and an eye for designEffective time management skillsWorking Conditions: Reports To: Consumer Marketing Manager, Arts & EntertainmentHours of Work: 9.30-5.30 pm Monday to Friday Contract Type / Length: Permanent Location: Chiswick Park, London (Hybrid Working)
