Job DescriptionA global top 30 law firm are seeking an Intellectual Property Associate to join them.You will join a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked team who are also in the specialist IP directories.RoleYou will advise clients on domestic and international IP matters including cross-border work. The team advise on the full range of IP rights including trade marks, patents, copyright, database rights, domain names and confidential information. The team have a particular strength in the life sciences technology and consumer/retail brand sectors.YouPlease apply if you have non-contentious experienced from a recognised IP transaction team. You should have experience advising on the drafting and negotiation of IP licenses, partnering, collaboration and R&D agreements as well as on the IP aspects of mergers, acquisitions and investments and the IP aspects of commercial contracts.A minimum of 3 years PQE is considered and the firm are considering candidates with up to 8 years post qualification experience.
