Technology Consultant

What You'll Do as a Technology Consultant: Contribute to major transformation programmes across the Energy & Utilities sector, supporting the design and delivery of technology-enabled change. Break down complex technical or business topics into clear, actionable insights for client stakeholders. Provide functional and technical input across solution design, build, test, and deployment. Drive high-quality delivery, managing risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies, supporting teams across global locations. Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them in client engagements. What We're Looking For in a Technology Consultant: 5+ years experience in the Energy or Utilities sector, with an understanding of current industry challenges and trends. Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes (ERP, CRM, or similar). Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience managing or mentoring team members. Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall delivery approaches. Understanding of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management. Desirable Skills: Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) or SaaS platforms (Salesforce).
