HR Manager Role Full-time, permanent role 5 days a week in Central London Previous HR & Construction experience Key Responsibilities Develop strategies for skilled trades, project managers; manage onboarding, certifications, and site-specific training. Resolve conflicts, address grievances, manage disciplinary actions, foster positive culture, and handle union relations if applicable. Support safety programs, ensure OSHA compliance, manage incident reporting. Implement goal setting, feedback, and development plans. Administer payroll, benefits, and ensure competitive pay. Coordinate leadership training, skill development, and career pathing. Partner with leadership on workforce planning, retention, and company growth.
