Acting as an extension of their recruitment teams, we connect them with skilled interim and temporary professionals, fostering workplaces where everyone can contribute and succeed. On behalf of M&G, AMS are looking for an Early Careers Recruitment Partner based in London for an initial 3- month contract. It is hybrid model. We will consider flexible working arrangements for any of our roles and also offer workplace accommodations to ensure you have what you need to effectively deliver in your role. Job description - the role To design, deliver, and manage M&G's early careers programmes, attracting, developing, and retaining top graduate and intern talent while supporting the organisation's vision of building a sustainable, inclusive, and high-performing workforce for the future. What you'll do: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Early Careers programmes, including graduates and interns - from attraction to offer stage. Design, deliver, and manage engaging attraction campaigns and assessment centre experiences that reflect M&G's brand and values. Oversee candidate pipeline management using the ATS, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate journey. Collaborate with business stakeholders to forecast demand, define role requirements, and align hiring strategies with workforce planning. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of recruitment campaigns and continuous process improvement. The skills you'll need: Experienced in Graduate, Intern, and Apprenticeship programmes and end-to-end recruitment. Skilled in rotational Early Careers programmes and training pathway management. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Expertise in training delivery and large-scale event management. Organised, detail-oriented, with data management and reporting experience. Resilient and solutions-focused, driving continuous programme improvement.
