Job DescriptionHR Associate Location: LondonSector: Financial Services Front Office Investment Salary: 50,000 55,000 + BonusFrazer Jones is partnering with a leading global investment firm to appoint an HR Associate in their London office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, data-driven environment where HR plays a strategic role in supporting business growth across multiple regions.About the RoleThis position will support employees across the UK and EMEA regions, reporting into an impressive HR Manager in London and collaborating with a global HR team. The role offers broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on onboarding, immigration, and operational HR support.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver day-to-day HR support across the UK and EMEA regionsManage onboarding and induction processes, ensuring a seamless employee experienceCoordinate immigration processes with external legal partners, including visa applications and right-to-work checksAct as a first point of contact for employee queries and manage the HR inboxSupport intern programmes and reporting for sponsored internsPrepare HR documentation including references and contractual amendmentsMaintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (Workday experience is advantageous)Collaborate with global HR colleagues and contribute to cross-regional projectsCandidate ProfileMinimum of 3 years HR experience, ideally within financial or professional servicesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organised with excellent time management and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday is a plusProactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentThis is a unique opportunity to join a globally respected firm where HR is integral to the business.
