You'll be joining a collaborative, sales focused environment with the support, flexibility and earning potential to thrive.What you'll be doing:Own and grow a Data/AI/ML desk (contract or perm), with access to warm clients and high-value rolesBuild and manage relationships with top tech talent and hiring teamsDrive new business and expand your client network across the UK & EuropePartner with our sister brands within Majar Group for cross-selling opportunitiesDeliver best-in-class service across the full 360 recruitment lifecycleStay ahead of market trends and build your personal brand within the data spaceWhat we're looking for:2+ years experience in a 360 recruitment role (tech sector is a must)Proven billings and success against targetsStrong BD and client acquisition skillsPassion for Data, AI, or emerging technologiesA proactive, self-motivated mindset with a team-first attitudeWhy Arrows?
