The successful applicant will provide overall clinical responsibility for inpatient assessment, care and treatment of adults, working alongside a part‑time Consultant colleague and the multidisciplinary team.ResponsibilitiesProvide overall clinical responsibility for inpatient assessment, care and treatment of adults on Avalon Ward.Support effective team functioning and collaborate with a part‑time consultant and team directorate in service development initiatives.Ensure delivery of a high‑quality, innovative service; develop new treatment ideas in line with current evidence and continually evaluate outcomes.Work nationally to improve services for patients with eating disorders.Engage in South London Provider Collaborative initiatives and training opportunities, including teaching students and trainees.Share clinical responsibilities with the other part‑time consultant and an experienced SAS doctor; manage patient caseload based on complexity and detained/voluntary status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
