Key Responsibilities Act as appointment taker across a range of corporate insolvency and restructuring assignments. Lead and develop a local team, establishing the firms London office as a centre of excellence. Utilise existing professional networks and contacts to help generate new instructions and referral opportunities. Drive business development initiatives in collaboration with the wider Partner group. Oversee case progression, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery. Advise company directors, stakeholders, and lenders on restructuring and formal insolvency options. Contribute to the overall strategic direction and national expansion of the firm. About You Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (JIEB qualified) with a solid track record of managing corporate insolvency cases. Strong business development capability with an established network of professional referrers (accountants, solicitors, lenders, etc.). Entrepreneurial and commercially astute, with the confidence to lead a new office and grow a client base. Experienced in both advisory and formal insolvency work, able to represent the firm with credibility and professionalism.
