With a strong focus on environmental impact, they work across a variety of sectors; from local government and developers to residential clients, delivering projects such as parklets, rain gardens, green roofs, and streetscape improvements.The RoleDue to a growing pipeline of site-based works, the company is seeking a Landscaping Site Supervisor to take the lead on delivering public realm and landscaping projects. This mobile role will cover live sites across Greater London, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.As a site-based leader, youll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising teams, and stepping in on the tools where needed to keep work on track.Your day-to-day tasks will include:Leading and coordinating site teams on active installationsActing as the first point of contact for site queries and issue resolutionSupporting hands-on delivery where neededDelivering toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site inductionsMonitoring adherence to RAMS and site safety systemsCoordinating subcontractors, deliveries, and visitor accessConducting regular site inspections for H&S and quality standardsSupporting with incident reporting and site documentationAssisting with Construction Phase Plan reviews and updatesEnsuring welfare facilities are in place and fit for purposeCarrying out risk assessments and ensuring CDM complianceAbout YouAs a Supervisor, youll be confident leading from the front, combining people management with hands-on support across a range of fast-moving outdoor projects.
