Project Director Construction Central London We currently have a requirement for a Project Director, to oversee a major project working in central London (circa 13 million). The project is secured and due to go to site early 2026. They are looking for someone who is currently working as a Project Director, they will however consider a very strong Senior Project Manager/Project Lead looking to take their next step. If you are a strong client facing Project lead with a proven track record of high end project delivery, please read on. Project Director Role Requirements and Responsibilities. You will currently be working as a Project Lead, Project Director or Senior Project Manager, with a proven track record delivering projects in excess of 10 million. The project is a public realm scheme, you will oversee a large package to include RC Works, Drainage Works, Lighting and Services, Hard and soft finish, attenuation tanks. You will have a strong engineering/Building background, capable of managing large teams of direct reports on site including site and project managers. Manage and track job programmes, provide regular updates using Asta Easyplan. Track and manage commercial changes/variations. Experience of public realm landscaping. Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS). Strong IT skills. Black or white CSCS card holder NVQ level 6 or 7 in construction management or a relevant qualification. Commutable distance to central London and happy to be site based on a daily basis.
