Retail Design Engineer

A London-based creative design and production agency specialising in high-impact retail environments for the skincare and beauty sector is seeking a Product Design Engineer to join one of its multidisciplinary account teams. Known for delivering next-level brand experiences, the studio combines creative design with robust technical engineering. Each client account is supported by a dedicated designer, design engineer and project manager, working collaboratively across both established global brands and emerging trend brands. This role sits at the heart of project delivery. You will be responsible for producing high-quality technical CAD drawings in SolidWorks, supporting project delivery against deadlines and budgets, managing client expectations, and ensuring build quality through supplier coordination and site involvement.
