Mechanical Project Engineer - Commercial Build (Central London) 75,000-80,000 + Comprehensive Package Leading Building Services Contractor A highly respected Building Services Contractor is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to join their established commercial projects team, delivering major schemes across Central London. The Role As Mechanical Project Engineer, you will support the delivery of a large-scale commercial project in Central London, working closely with internal project teams and external main contractors. You'll be responsible for: Coordinating mechanical packages throughout pre-construction and delivery Managing subcontractors, technical submissions, and site progress Working closely with Project Managers to ensure programme, cost, and quality targets are met Supporting commissioning and handover phases Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practice This contractor delivers a mix of commercial new-build, plant replacement, refurbishment, and shell & core projects , with a strong pipeline of work across London.
