Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Continental Shift - Moorgate, London 55,000 per annum My client is seeking aMechanical Maintenance Engineerto join a busy commercial building that has 36 stories in Moorgate, London. The ideal Candidate has experiance with tenants and feels confidnet to work on their own and occasionaly with a team. Salary & Benefits 53,350 per annum Season Ticket Loan (after 6 months service) Cycle to Work Scheme (after probation) Rewards Gateway platform Auto Enrolment Pension Private Medical Insurance including Dental, Optical & Audio Death in Service (x2 salary) Internal progression & training opportunities Shift Pattern Continental Shift: 4 nights, 4 off, 3 days, 3 nights, 6 off, 4 days 07:00 19:00 / 19:00 07:00 Key Responsibilities Planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical plant and building services Work onchillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and motors General plumbing and pipework maintenance Water treatment and temperature checks Fault-finding and resolution on a range of mechanical systems BMS monitoring and adjustments Support electrical and general building services tasks where required Escort specialist subcontractors when needed Maintain high standards of service delivery in a client-facing environment Requirements Mechanical qualifications(C&G / NVQ or equivalent) Strong experience in commercial building services maintenance Knowledge ofchillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and plumbing Multi-skilled with a proactive approach to fault finding and maintenance Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be able to start early for 07:00 shifts If youre interested, please get in touch with Dylan Briggs at CBW Staffing Solutions!
