We are the first mover in ethical AI-powered pre-screening before the ATS.Traditional AI filters are already becoming obsolete. Why? Because filtering thousands of resumes with more algorithms does not solve the problem. It only automates rejection. Candidates are learning how to game keyword systems, while companies are drowning in volume and missing real talent. AI-only filtering is yesterdays answer to todays overload.Talboost changes the logic. We reduce noise before it enters the ATS. Human-first. AI-assisted. Data compliant. The platform is live.
