Series B funded, 100+ people, and already trusted by thousands of firms who've ditched manual identity checks for good.They're now looking for a player-coach SDR Lead to join the London team. You'll carry your own outbound quota and develop the SDR team around you. That means you're on the phones, running sequences, and coaching others to do the same. If you've been looking for an excuse to move away from outbound, this isn't it.What you'll be doing: Running personal outbound sequences across phone, email and LinkedIn Cold calling daily and leading by example with the team Setting team KPIs, reviewing call recordings and driving pipeline quality Owning Salesforce hygiene for yourself and the team Building tight relationships with AEs to make sure every handoff is clean Reporting on team performance to senior sales leadershipYou should apply if: You have 2 to 4+ years in an SDR or BDR role with real quota attainment behind you You've coached or mentored others and can point to them actually getting better You're a senior SDR ready to step up OR a small-team manager wanting real ownership at a scale-up Salesforce is second nature to you, Sales Navigator and Gong or equivalent too5075k base | 75100k OTE | London Hybrid (3 days in office)
