Project Manager

We are representing a leading high-end bespoke interiors and joinery specialist seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee luxury residential projects valued between 2m - 3m. This role requires a polished, client-facing professional with proven experience delivering complex, detail-driven projects within the super-prime residential market. You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through manufacture and final installation, ensuring exceptional quality and service throughout. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage high-end residential joinery projects valued 2m-3m from concept to completion. Act as the primary point of contact for main contractors, clients, interior designers, architects, and contractors. Oversee programme scheduling, budgeting, procurement, production coordination, and installation. Manage change control, cost reporting, and financial tracking to protect margins. Coordinate internal design, technical, and workshop teams to ensure seamless project execution. Attend site meetings and conduct regular progress reviews. Ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality control, and client satisfaction. Mitigate risk and proactively resolve technical or programme challenges. Required Experience & Skills Demonstrable experience managing luxury residential projects valued 2m-3m. Strong background in high-end bespoke joinery / cabinetry / interior fit-out. Experience working within the super-prime London residential market preferred. Excellent understanding of joinery manufacturing processes and installation sequencing. Strong commercial awareness, including cost control and contract administration. Confident communicator with experience dealing directly with main contractors, clients and design professionals.
