Job Description An established, multi disciplinary property consultancy with a strong presence across London is seeking a Head of London Building Surveying to lead and expand its commercially focused Building Surveying service line covering offices, industrial and retail sectors.This newly created role offers a genuine opportunity to take full ownership of a key business area within a highly respected consultancy. Youll receive the full backing of a collaborative senior leadership team from day one, and then the autonomy and trust to shape and grow the department in your own way.The RoleAs Head of Building Surveying (Commercial), you will:Lead and develop a London based Building Surveying team with a focus on commercial property.Deliver and oversee a wide range of projects across offices, industrial and retail sectors.Take full responsibility for the departments P&L, growth strategy and business development.Strengthen existing client relationships and actively drive new business opportunities.Represent the consultancys reputation for technical excellence, commercial understanding and quality service delivery.The Ideal CandidateYou will be an ambitious and commercially minded professional ready to lead from the front.
